Fee Policy: Terms, Conditions and Guidelines
(School Fees, Transport Fees & Others)
1. School Fee – General Guidelines
- School fees are payable as per the fee structure approved by the school management for the relevant academic year.
- The due date for monthly fee payment is the 10th of every month.
- Fees must be paid strictly on or before the due date to avoid late payment charges.
- The fee structure is subject to revision as per school policy and statutory requirements.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
- Non-payment or delayed payment of fees may result in withdrawal of school facilities, at the discretion of the school.
2. Sibling Discount – Terms & Conditions
- The sibling discount is applicable only on tuition fees.
- The discount will be applicable only when siblings are enrolled simultaneously at Aster School.
- A 20% sibling discount shall be applicable only to the tuition fee of the younger child/children, in accordance with the school’s declared sibling discount policy. The sibling discount shall be applicable only if all fee payments are made on time.
- The discount cannot be combined with any other concession or scholarship unless approved by the management.
- In case of withdrawal of sibling, the discount shall stand withdrawn automatically.
3. Transport Fee – Guidelines
- Transport facility is optional and subject to availability of seats and routes.
- Transport fees are charged for the full academic year and are divided into 12 monthly instalments, irrespective of actual usage.
- Transport fees are non-refundable and non-adjustable, even if the facility is discontinued during the session.
- Any change in transport route or pickup/drop point is subject to approval and may attract additional charges.
- The school reserves the right to revise transport routes, timings, and fees if required.
4. Other Charges
- Fees such as admission fee, registration fee, and other applicable charges are mandatory.
- All such charges are non-refundable.
- Additional charges may be levied for special activities, events, excursions, or external examinations with prior intimation.
5. Late Fee & Fine Policy
- The due date for fee payment is the 10th of every month.
- Late payment fine will be applicable as follows:
(a) From 11th of the month onwards: ₹50 per day - Continued delay in fee payment may result in:
(a) Restriction from classes, assessments, or school activities
(b) Withholding of report cards or certificates
(c) Withdrawal of transport facility - Persistent non-payment of fees for 1 Month may lead to the student’s name being struck off the rolls, as per school rules.
- Re-admission, if permitted, shall be subject to clearance of all outstanding dues along with applicable charges i.e., re-admission fee.
6. Mode of Payment
- Fees may be paid through the school’s online portal / card / cheque, as notified.
- Cheques returned due to insufficient funds will attract bank charges along with a penalty, and repeated instances may result in discontinuation of cheque payment facility.
7. General Conditions
- The school management reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- All disputes, if any, shall be subject to local jurisdiction only.
- Payment of fees implies acceptance of all school fee policies and guidelines.
